Born on April 27, 1971 in Niiza City, Saitama Prefecture. Lives in Okayama City. After attending private Soka High School, he entered Kyoto University, where he completed a master's program (agricultural and forestry economics). During his studies, he studied abroad at Uppsala University in Sweden.
