Born June 13, 1956 in Hyogo Prefecture 〇After studying at Toyooka Prefectural High School, he started his career at Nara Kyoiku University for 80 years. 〇In the same year, he became a teacher at Miki City Shizen Junior High School in Hyogo Prefecture, in 1981 he was transferred to Miki City Seiyo Junior High School, in 1986 he was transferred to the New Delhi Japanese School, and in 1989 he was transferred to Miki City Seiyo Junior High School. 〇1990 Hyogo Prefecture Teachers Union Officer, 1995 Hyogo Prefecture School Welfare Association Officer, 2000 Hyogo Educational Culture Research Institute Secretary General, 2002 Hyogo Prefecture Educational Culture Research Institute Deputy Secretary General, 2004 Hyogo Educational Culture Research Institute Deputy Director, retired in July of the same year. 〇Win the House of Councilors election in 2004 (Chosen Ward, Hyogo Prefecture), re-elected in the House of Councilors election in 2010 〇September 2011: Advisor to the Prime Minister, October 2013: Chairman of the Committee 〇After a narrow loss in the House of Councilors election in 2016, head of the Education Policy Office of the Japan Teachers Union 〇Elected to the House of Councilors in 2019 (proportional representation), Chairman of the House of Councilors of the Democratic Party of Japan in 2020
