Born July 1, 1965 in Yasugi City, Shimane Prefecture ○1984: Shimane Prefectural Matsue Kita High School. 1988: Graduated from the Department of Law, Faculty of Law, Chuo University. 1991, University of Alabama Graduate School (Master's degree in Political Science) ○In 1992, joined the National Telecommunications Union Central Headquarters (currently NTT Labor Union). In 1994, he was seconded to the Asia-Pacific Regional Office of the International Liberal Federation of Labor (Singapore). In 1996, he was appointed as chief of the international department and director of international affairs at Zendentsu Central Headquarters. Since 2001, he has been working at the International Labor Organization (ILO) International Training Center (based in Italy). In 2006, he became Senior Specialist for Labor Activities at the ILO Sub-Regional Office for Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands (in the Philippines). 2009, Information Labor Federation and NTT Labor Union Special Central Executive Committee Member ○In 2010, he ran as a proportional representative candidate in the 22nd House of Councilors election and was elected. Served as Director of the Health, Labor and Welfare Committee, Chairman of the Special Committee on Okinawa and Northern Affairs, Chairman of the Economy, Trade and Industry Committee, Director of the Budget Committee, Director of the House Steering Committee, etc.
