Born on December 15, 1979 in Higashinari Ward, Osaka City. Graduated from Kansai Soka Junior and Senior High School, Faculty of Industrial Arts, Kyoto Institute of Technology in 2002, and withdrew from Kyoto University Graduate School of Informatics as a doctoral course research instructor in 2009. After working for Pasona Co., Ltd. and Diet Member Secret Book, he started working at Komeito Party's Osaka prefecture headquarters in 2010.
