Born on January 29, 1960. Born in Kyoto. After graduating from Kyoto Municipal Shino High School, he entered Ritsumeikan University's Faculty of Law in 1986, and joined Teijin Ltd. in April of the same year. Full time employee of the Teijin Labor Union in 1996, Chairman of the UI Zensen Alliance Tokyo Branch Management Council in 1996, Secretary General of the UI Zensen Alliance Political Committee in 2017.
〇In the 21st election for members of the House of Councilors in 2019, he won the election. Works on suicide prevention and harassment measures, focusing on employment, labor, and social security policies.
