Born on January 13, 1963 in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture
〇After attending Osaka Prefectural Kitasenri High School, entered Kansai University Faculty of Law in 1991.
〇 Passed the bar exam in 1995 and was hired as a bar trainee in April 1996 (50th term). Became a legal trainee in March 1998 and registered as a lawyer in April of the same year (Osaka Bar Association). Osaka Family Court Domestic Relations Mediation Committee Member. Served as vice-chairman of the Human Rights Protection Committee of the Osaka Bar Association, member of the Human Rights Protection Committee of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations, part-time member of the Human Rights Investigation Office of the Osaka Bar Association, part-time lecturer at Kansai University Law School, and chairman of the NPO Architectural Issues Research Group. Registered as a tax accountant in April 2010, and became a political official of the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in 2020
〇Currently serves as the head of the Legal Affairs Committee of the National Institute of Counsellors, and as a member of the International Affairs Research Committee. Vice-chairman of Komeito Political Affairs Research Committee, Vice-chairman of Women's Committee, Acting Representative of Hyogo Prefecture Headquarters
〇Published “Like a sunflower, towards hope”, co-authored “Relief practices and recommendations for defamation and privacy reporting damage”, co-authored “Practical practices for visitation for agents”
