- Served as Third Secretary of the Japanese Embassy in Angola, Vice Consul of the Japanese Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro, Assistant Language Instructor (Portuguese), and First Secretary of the Japanese Embassy in Brazil. Mainly responsible for international cooperation, African development, and investment agreements (Mozambique)
