Born on June 8, 1970 in Kobe City. After graduating from Konan University's Faculty of Law in 1993, worked at the Planning and Editorial Department of the Kobe Shimbun Marketing Center. After the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, while actively reporting on the state of recovery in the disaster-stricken areas, he heard the voices of disaster victims, which led him to enter the world of politics. In 1996, he joined the office of Dori Okutani, who was then a member of the prefectural assembly.In 1998, he became a member of the Western House of Representatives, Dori Okutani, and was elected to the office of the head of the Hyogo prefectural assembly in 2003 (Kobe's Nagata Ward). Since then, he has served as a member of the prefectural assembly for four terms for 16 years, and in 2013 became the 121st vice-chairman of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly, and in 2017 he became the chief of the Liberal Democratic Party prefectural assembly. In July 2019, he was elected head of the House of Councilors election (Hyogo Prefecture's Chosen Ward). Vice chairman of the party's finance and finance committee.
