〇After joining the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in April 1992, he served as assistant director of the Data Communications Division, Telecommunications Business Department, Telecommunications Bureau, and the Broadcasting Policy Division, Information and Communications Policy Bureau, Ministry of Health.In May 2003, he became First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan in France. In August 2006, he served as Assistant Director of the Postal Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Assistant Director), Assistant Director of the Minister's Secret Records Division, Researcher of the Planning Division, Postal Administration Department, Information and Distribution Administration Bureau, and Secretary to the Minister of Postal Services (administration).In September 2012, he was appointed Director of the Road Usage Coordination Office, Road Policy Division, Road Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
