Born on February 7, 1963 in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture. 1991 Senshu University Faculty of Commerce
〇From April 1991, he was dispatched to New Zealand as an employee of Auckland Holdings, and from October 1992 to July 2007 he served as the Public Secretary for the House of Councilors, Yasu Kano, and from July 2007 to 2010, he served as the Public Secretary for Hasegawa Daimon, a member of the House of Councilors.
〇He was elected as a member of the Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly in the December 2010 election (Mito City, Shirosato Ward) and served for three terms and 11 years until April 2020.
〇 Selected as leader in the regular election for members of the House of Councilors in 2024
