Career
Born on January 28, 1972 in Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture. Dropped out of Tokushima University School of Medicine. Faculty of Liberal Arts, University of Tokyo. Columbia University Graduate School of International Public Policy, University of Tokyo Health Policy Human Resources Training Department (Excellence Award). After joining the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, he served as assistant manager in the Broadcasting Policy Division of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the Political Funds Division of the same Ministry, the Information Policy Division of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and the Vegetable Division of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. Served as Chairman of the Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Commission, Chairman of the Special Committee on Northern Okinawa Affairs, Chief Director of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, Chief Director of the Constitutional Review Commission, Director of the Environment Committee, Member of the Special Committee on Legislation for Peace and Security, and Judge Impeachment Court member.
