Real name: Akihiro Kagoshima
Born December 8, 1988 in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. In the 27th House of Councilors election held in July 2025, he received 731,342 votes and won the election from Kanagawa Ward. Graduated from Yokohama City Miyakoda Nishi Elementary School, private Takanawa Gakuen Junior and Senior High School, Tokyo Institute of Technology (now Tokyo University of Science) Faculty of Life Science and Engineering, Department of Life Science, University of Tokyo Graduate School of Agriculture and Life Sciences. April 2013: Seconded to Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Ministry of General Employment, Biomass Circulating Resources Division, Regional Crops Division, Production Bureau, Harvest Division, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in France, etc. During his tenure, he was primarily involved in agricultural production support, legal revisions, international trade negotiations, and government budget planning. Retires in November 2023. After that, he worked mainly on forest policy at the World Wildlife Fund, attended meetings related to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity, and retired in September 2024.
