Born on August 18, 1965 in Sumida-ku, Tokyo. Chikura Junior High School (currently Minamiboso City), Chiba Prefectural Awa High School, Chiba University Faculty of Education, Chiba University Graduate School of Education, Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School of Music Education, Research Student, Koyasan University Graduate School of Letters, Department of Esoteric Buddhism. Director of the Sakura no Kai Social Welfare Corporation, nursery teacher at Yuhigaoka Nursery School. In November 2003, he was elected as the leader of the House of Representatives election.
