Career

Born on March 24, 1976 in Kurisawa-cho (currently Iwamizawa City), Hokkaido. March 1994: Hokkaido Iwamizawa Ryoryo High School Commerce Department. Joined Kurisawa Town Hall in April 1994 (currently Iwamizawa City Hall). At Kurisawa Town Hall and Iwamizawa City Hall, he is in charge of administrative affairs, council secretariat, planning, and property management. In August 2017, he retired from Iwamizawa City Hall and became a full-time union officer. Until his retirement, from 2008 he served as the general secretary and deputy executive committee member of the Hokkaido Sorachi Regional Headquarters of the Japan Self-Defense Labor Association. In 2013, he served as Director of the Law and Labor Safety Bureau of the Central Headquarters of Japan Labor Association, where he was in charge of legal measures, occupational safety and health, etc. In 2014, served as a member of the Council for Promotion of Measures to Prevent Death from Overwork, Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
