Career

Born on April 14, 1966 in Tsurugi Town (formerly Sadamitsu Town), Tokushima Prefecture. 〇1989, Faculty of Social Welfare, Nihon Fukushi University 〇 Worked at Tokushima Healthy Consumers' Cooperative, Kagawa Medical Consumers' Cooperative, etc. In 2003, he ran for the Kagawa Prefectural Assembly election and won, and was elected for four consecutive terms in 2007, 2011, and 2015. Elected as leader in the 2025 House of Councilors election (proportional representation). Main areas of activity are Kyushu, Okinawa, Chugoku, and Shikoku. 〇 Currently a member of the Health, Labor and Welfare Commission and the Research Committee on National Life and Economy.
