Born on October 12, 1978 in Takahama Town, Fukui Prefecture. Graduated from Wakasa High School, Faculty of Letters, Kansai University, Kansai University Law School (Juris Doctor, Professional)
〇In April 2007, he ran for the Suita City Council election in Osaka Prefecture and was elected (second term). In his hometown, he established a regional political party, and together with local assembly members from Osaka Prefecture, he established the ``Osaka Education Innovation Starts with Municipalities'' group, an organization that makes recommendations in the field of education. In 2009, he established the ``Ryoma Project National Association'' made up of bipartisan local politicians and has served as its chairman ever since. In 2013, he established Ishiki Kaikaku Co., Ltd. (current trade name), and has been engaged in lectures and Internet program distribution around the country on the themes of politics, history, and economics. In April 2020, a political party was formed.
