Career
Born on January 2, 1964, in Yamashina Ward, Kyoto City. Dropped out of Yamashina Kindergarten, Yamashina Elementary School, Anjoji Junior High School, Rakunan High School, and Kyoto Sangyo University. Worked at Rakuto Sangyo Co., Ltd. in 1989. In 2001, worked for the Liberal Democratic Party, Kyoto Prefecture Second Ward Branch. The first secret book published by members of the House of Representatives in 2005. He was elected to the Kyoto City Council in 2007 and has since been elected to the Kyoto City Council for four consecutive terms, serving as a Kyoto City Council member for 15 years. During that time, he served as representative secretary of the Kyoto City Council of the Liberal Democratic Party, chairman of the Kyoto City Council Steering Committee, and chairman of the Kyoto City Council Federation, which supports Kyoto Sanga FC, as well as chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party's Kyoto Prefectural Association and finance committee. In June 2020, he resigned as a member of the Kyoto City Council and ran for the House of Councilors election held in July, winning the election.
