Born in Fukuoka Prefecture on July 17, 1962. Kurume University Junior and Senior High School, Kitakyushu University Faculty of Law. After serving as a member of the Liberal Democratic Party Fukuoka Prefecture Branch Federation and a member of the House of Councilors, he was elected as a member of the Fukuoka Prefectural Assembly in 1999 (third term). Elected member of the House of Councilors in 2010. Director of the House Steering Committee in 2012. Director of the 2013 Budget Committee. In 2014, he became a political official of the Minister of Finance (Second Abe Reshuffle Uchia, Third Abe Uchia). Chairman of the Finance and Finance Committee in 2016. Elected member of the House of Councilors (second term). Chief Director of the House Management Committee in 2019. Deputy Minister of Finance in 2021 (1st Kishida Uchiaki, 2nd Kishida Uchiaki). Elected as a member of the House of Councilors in 2020 (third term). Acting Chairman of Liberal Democratic Party Political Affairs Research. Deputy Director of the Liberal Democratic Party of the House of Representatives (currently appointed)
