Born on June 21, 1975. Born in Iki City, Nagasaki Prefecture. In March 1999, he started working at the Faculty of Letters, Kogakkan University. After serving as a member of the Western House of Representatives and a secretary of the Defense Agency, in April 2011, he ran for Nagasaki Prefectural Assembly member from the Iki City ward, and was elected for the third consecutive term. During his term of office, he served as Chairman of the Crimes Committee, Chairman of the Environment and Lifestyle Committee, and Chairman of the Special Committee for the Promotion of Remote Island Peninsula Regions.He led the establishment of the ``Ordinance on the Promotion of Toasts with Sake Produced in Nagasaki'' to contribute to the promotion of local industry, and was actively involved in the establishment of the ``Nagasaki Prefecture Crime Victim Support Ordinance'' to realize a society where everyone can live with peace of mind. He will also work to attract Indian IT companies to his hometown, Iki City, and develop remote islands. Served as chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party Nagasaki Prefecture Branch Federation and chief executive officer. In the 26th regular election for members of the House of Councilors in July 2020, the head was elected from the selected ward in Nagasaki Prefecture.
