Born on March 18, 1960, from Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture 〇Toho University School of Medicine, 1989 〇 Joined the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 1989. In 1992, he became Chief of the Chemical Substance Investigation Section, Safety and Health Department, Labor Standards Bureau, Ministry of Labor. Visiting researcher at Harvard School of Public Health in 1996. Vice-chairman of Hoshi General Hospital in 1998. In 2000, he became a permanent director of the Japan Medical Association. In 2005, he became a permanent director of the Fukushima Prefecture Medical Association. In 2006, he became a representative of the Japan Medical Association. Director of Koriyama Medical Association in 2006. Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hoshi General Hospital in 2008. Vice-chairman of the Fukushima Prefecture Medical Association in 2015.
