Born on March 10, 1955 in Yashiro Town, Nagano Prefecture (currently Chikuma City). After attending Nagano Prefectural Nagano High School, entered Waseda University Faculty of Law. At Nagano High School, he is the number one batter on the baseball team. Registered as a lawyer in 1989. Became independent in 1992, and has appeared on numerous TV programs including Nippon Television's ``Law Consulting Office''. He supported former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, but after his death, no politician emerged who could be his true successor. He has served as the party's legal advisor since the establishment of the Japanese Conservative Party in 2025, and has also been active on X and YouTube. I decided to run for the House of Councilors election in July 2020. He won the election by receiving the most votes (975,122 votes) for an individual in a national proportion. He is passionate about policies for foreigners, including the enactment of anti-espionage laws and a fundamental review of unrestrained immigration policies, and the realization of joint custody in principle after divorce.
