Born on October 22, 1966 in Kashihara City, Nara Prefecture, attended Todaiji Gakuen High School, then entered the Faculty of Economics, University of Tokyo in 1963.
〇 Joined the Ministry of Home Affairs (currently the Ministry of Home Affairs) in 1986, serving as Consul General of the Japanese Consulate General in San Francisco, Assistant Director of the Fire Department, Director of the Shizuoka Prefectural Finance Office, Financial Planning Officer of the Local Government Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Secretary to the Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary Naiaki, Director of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Okayama Prefecture, Director of the Ministry of Home Affairs Office, etc.
