Born on July 12, 1978 in Anan City, Tokushima Prefecture. Graduated from the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Law, Keio University in 2002. Joined UFJ Bank, Ltd. in 2003. After retiring from the bank in 2007, he entered the Matsushita Institute of Government and Management. Graduated from cram school in March 2010. In July of the same year, he was elected as a member of the House of Sansan from Choi Ward, Tokushima Prefecture. In 2014, he served as deputy director of the Liberal Democratic Party's Youth Bureau. In 2015, the third Abe reshuffle was Finance Minister Naiaki, a political official. In July 2016, he was elected for a second term in the Tokushima Prefecture and Kochi Prefecture Councillors' Joint Constituency, and is Chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party's Political Affairs Research Committee, Fisheries Subcommittee. In 2018, he served as the secretary of the Constitutional Review Committee of the National Institute of Counselors. In 2019, he became a member of the Finance and Finance Committee of Sansaninin. In 2020, he was the head and vice-chairman of the Diet Committee of the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan, House of Councilors. 1st and 2nd Kishida Reshuffle Vice Minister Akiaki Uchida in 2021.
