Career
Born on February 14, 1950 in Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture. After attending private Nanzan Junior and Senior High School, he entered Nihon University College of Art's Broadcasting Department in 1975. Experienced as a salaried employee in a private company. In 1995, Shuji was elected as a member of Kariya City Council, Aichi Prefecture. In 2003, he was elected as a member of the Aichi Prefectural Assembly (three consecutive terms). Appointed members of the prefectural assembly as facilitators, police committees, regional development and environment committees, and harassment committees.
〇The 23rd election for the House of Councilors in July 2013 was elected as the leader in the selected district of Aichi Prefecture.
