Born in September 1982 in Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture. Graduated from Kochi Prefectural Oitemae High School in March 2001. Graduated from Waseda University, Faculty of Letters, General Humanities Department, in March 2005. In April of the same year, he started working at a printing company in Tokyo and was involved in preparing corporate social responsibility (CSR) reports. Since winning the House of Councilors election in 2013, he has been a member of the Education and Science Committee, the Budget Committee, the Settlement of Accounts Committee, and the Agony Committee. Achieved the publication of the names of companies that repeatedly engage in illegal work practices. A consultation desk for job-hunting sexual harassment will be established at prefectural labor bureaus, and companies will be required to take countermeasures. In addition, we will expose and investigate the current situation regarding the climate crisis, eliminating long working hours for teachers, the aftereffects of the coronavirus, protection of freelancers, school rules that violate human rights, and the expression of opinions by children. Efforts will be made to make education free, including making school lunches free, reducing university tuition fees, abolishing admission fees, and providing scholarships.
