Career

Born in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture in 1975. After dropping out of Yokote Jonan High School, he passed the university entrance exam and entered Waseda University with a scholarship from the Ikueikai. After completing his career, he worked at the Institute of Industrial Science, the University of Tokyo. Based on his own experience of not attending school, he volunteered at a free school. During this time, his younger brother suddenly fell ill and passed away after suffering from a persistent disorder of consciousness. This event had a big impact on my way of thinking about life. After studying abroad in the United States, he worked as a member of the National Diet Secretariat and the Electric Vehicle Promotion Association, and was elected to the House of Councilors election in 2019. Member of the Environment Committee and Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Committee. Secretary of the International Parliamentary Council on Population Issues, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Parliamentary Support Group for Children in Medical Needs. She is a member of the Child Care Council, the Mama and Papa Council, the Inclusive Employment Council, the Suicide Prevention Council, the Diversification of Learning Council, the Child Poverty Countermeasures Council, the UNHCR Council, the LGBT Council, and the Assistance Dog Council. We will address issues such as raising and learning for all children, rectifying gender disparities, social care, promotion of foster care, nursing care, agricultural promotion, environmental issues, local issues, etc. Family of three, husband and son
