Born on October 24, 1962. Kobe University Faculty of Law, Department of Law, Ohio Graduate School of Law. After working at Sumitomo Bank, he worked in the travel and tourism industry for about 20 years. Involved in the registration of the "Sites of Japan's Meiji Industrial Revolution" as a World Heritage Site. After working as a member of an organization, he was elected to the Mie Prefectural Assembly in 2019 (Kuwana City, Kuwana District). In July 2020, he was elected to the House of Councilors election (Mie Prefecture Select Ward). Involved in regional revitalization, agriculture, forestry and fisheries policy, tourism policy, Ise Bay revitalization, infrastructure development, measures against loneliness and isolation, support for small and medium-sized enterprises, childcare policy, etc.
