Career
Born on January 31, 1945 in Ashoro, Hokkaido. Joined Takushoku University Faculty of Political Science and Economics in March 1978. While he was still a student, he served as the secretary of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and the secretary of the Director-General of the Science and Technology Agency, Minister of State. December 1980: Election of the head of the House of Representatives (eighth term); June 1989: Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Defense (3 notifications); December 1990: Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs; September 1994: Office of the House of Councilors. Chief of the Special Committee on Japan and the Northern Territories, Minister of State in September 1997, Director General of the Hokkaido and Okinawa Development Agency, Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary Uchiaka in July 1998, Liberal Democratic Party in October 1999. Director-General of Party Affairs; January 2002: Chairman of the House Steering Committee; August 2005; formation of new regional party Daichi; appointed as its representative; September 2009: Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Foreign Affairs; September 2020: Chairman of the Special Committee on Okinawa and Northern Issues at the Japan Sanctuary, August 2020: Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee at the Sanjain, October 2020: Chairman of the Research Committee on International Affairs, the Japan Sanyosan 〇 8 notifications (1981, 1981, 1984, 1984, 1984, 12, 17, 21) (Appointed on December 18, 2020)
