Career

Born in Sendai City in 1956. After attending Sendai Daiichi High School, he entered Tokyo Medical and Dental University School of Medicine in 1985. Graduate School of Medicine, Tohoku University in 1993. After working as a member of the First Department of Internal Medicine at Tohoku University Hospital and at the National Sanatorium Iwate Hospital, in 1996, became the second Chief Department of Internal Medicine at the same hospital. 〇Provides psychological treatment for children with allergic diseases, respiratory diseases, anorexia, hikikomori, and children who do not attend school. 〇Doctor of Medicine. Member of the Japanese Society of Allergy 〇 Drafted and submitted a bill related to facilitation of regional finance and two bills to combat sick house syndrome, and compiled a dental care reform plan. 〇 Serves as the executive director of the bipartisan group of Diet members considering the issue of drug-induced Jacob's disease and supports the conclusion of a settlement. 〇 Former Budget Committee Chief 〇Former State Minister of Finance, former State Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare 〇 Appointed Special Commissioner for Political Reform 〇Published works such as “The Theory of Revitalization of the Japanese Archipelago”
